Please note our booking and cancellation policies are as follows. Bookings are only confirmed when deposit has been received and processed.
Payment in full is required on check in. We accept cash, EFTPOS, MasterCard, Visa.
*Peak Periods are Christmas, January, Easter, Labour Day Long Weekend, May Racing Carnival & June Long Weekend.
*Pets allowed at park owners discretion. See pet policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
Where less than 7 days notice of cancellation is given full payment will be forfeited.
All other cancellations are as follows:
One night bookings will forfeit entire payment if the cancelled period is not re-booked, this includes the administration fee. Alternatively, if the cancelled night is re-booked, all monies less the administration fee of $50.00, will be refunded.
During Peak times ie; Xmas, Easter, Long Weekends, Local Events, forfeiture of the value of the first two nights of accommodation will occur if the entire cancelled period is not re-booked, without a break in occupancy, this includes theadministration fee. Alternatively, if the cancelled period is re-booked without a break in occupancy, all monies less the administration fee of $50.00, will be refunded.
All cancellations incur a $50.00 administration fee, per site, cabin and/or apartment.
Confirmed Booking periods, during peak times, cannot be reduced prior to arrival or upon check-in.
Refunds are not provided for early departure.
Bookings are not transferable.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
Off Peak -The value of one nights deposit is required for all styles of accommodation to confirm bookings.
Peak - (Xmas, January, Long Weekends, Easter, May Races) Minimum $100 deposit for camp sites and the value of two nights accommodation for all apartmnents and cabins. Bookings to be paid in full by November 1st, payment by installments throughout the year accepted.
Tariffs and deposits are non refundable if your stay is cut short on day of arrival or during your stay
On-line bookings require payment in full at the time of booking. Please call park reception on 03 5562 5031 if you wish to arrange an alternative style of payment.
